Is my420plug Legal? Here’s What You Need to Know
Yes, my420plug is a legal online dispensary. It operates as a licensed California cannabis retailer under the state's regulatory framework, overseen by the California Department of Food and Agriculture. Founded in 2003, the business has a long track record of compliance with state laws, including strict age verification and product testing requirements.

For residents of Tracy, Mountain House, Lathrop, Manteca, Stockton, Patterson, Modesto, or Livermore, ordering from my420plug is fully legal under California law.
If you're wondering whether my420plug can be legally shipped to all 50 US states, the answer is no—it ships only within California, where state law permits. Always check your local regulations before ordering online.
